Sweet chili mix

Ingredients:

  • Grated dried hot red pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 sachets of stevia
  • pinch of salt
  • One tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in two tablespoons of water

How to prepare:

01.

Chop the chili flakes and garlic in a food processor

02.

Mix all the ingredients except the starch and water mixture and bring to a boil over low heat.

03.

Reduce the heat and leave the mixture for five minutes

04.

Add the starch and water mixture and stir well

05.

Leave it on a low heat for two minutes or until the consistency becomes thick

06.

let it cool completely, Then put it in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge
